Two mansions with 563 m² and 549 m² size were built on a land of 3.970 m² in tarabya as a historical monument restitution project. On one side of the real estate, which is at 150 m distant to the Bosphorus, a small forest is located while the other side is adjacent to villas. Besides their proximity to the city center, strong infrastructure and elegant neighborhood, the value of the mansions has increased considerably due to the valuation of the region after the earthquake as well as the ban on new construction activities. The construction and sale of the mansions were completed in 2001.
